Terms of Purchase

These Terms of Purchase apply to digital products, services, and community access purchased from Vanessa Renee Wellness.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to the terms that apply to your selected offer.

1. Digital Products and Materials

Digital products may include, but are not limited to:

• The Consistency Framework

• The Consistency Workbook & Reflection Guide

• The Consistency Reset System

• Capacity-planning tools

• The Consistency Toolkit

• Worksheets, templates, trackers, guides, and bonuses

Unless otherwise stated, digital materials are delivered electronically through email, a download link, or a private access page.

Digital materials are for the purchaser’s personal use only. They may not be copied, reproduced, resold, redistributed, uploaded publicly, or shared with another person without written permission from Vanessa Renee Wellness.

Access may not be transferred to another person.

2. Consistency Workbook Purchase

A workbook-only purchase includes the digital Consistency Workbook & Reflection Guide and any materials specifically listed on the sales page at the time of purchase.

A workbook-only purchase does not include community access, personalized planning, coaching, or private support unless expressly stated in the offer description.

3. Consistency Reset System Membership

The Consistency Reset System Membership may include:

• The Consistency Workbook & Reflection Guide

• Capacity-planning tools

• Lifetime personal access to the included digital workbook and materials

• Access to The Consistency Collective private community during an active membership period

• Monthly live community support calls

• Guided resets offered during the membership year

• Member discounts on select paid resets, cleanses, events, or supported wellness experiences

• Any bonuses or additional benefits listed on the sales page at the time of purchase

The specific features included are those displayed on the sales page at the time the purchase is completed. Membership features, schedules, and delivery methods may reasonably evolve as the community grows.

The Founding Member Offer is limited to the first 10 eligible purchasers. Founding Members pay $27 for their first year of membership. Unless canceled before the next billing date, the membership automatically renews at the preferred founding rate of $47 per year using the payment method on file.

By purchasing the membership, the customer authorizes Vanessa Renee Wellness and its payment processor to charge the applicable annual membership fee until the subscription is canceled.

A member may cancel at any time before the next renewal date. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not immediately end access. Membership access continues through the end of the period already paid for.

If a Founding Member cancels and later returns, the preferred founding renewal rate is no longer guaranteed. Re-enrollment will be subject to the pricing and terms available at that time.

4. Consistency Intensive

The Consistency Intensive is a personalized support service that may include:

• A 20-minute planning call

• Access to the Consistency Workbook & Reflection Guide

• Access to The Consistency Collective

• The Consistency Toolkit

• Personalized WhatsApp support for the period stated on the sales page or in the client’s welcome email

• Any other materials or support specifically listed at the time of purchase

The Intensive is educational and supportive in nature. It is not medical treatment, therapy, nutrition therapy, or individualized medical care.

5. Scheduling and Planning Calls

Clients are responsible for scheduling their planning call using the provided booking link and attending at the confirmed time.

Requests to reschedule must be submitted at least 72 hours before the scheduled call, unless an emergency or other exceptional circumstance prevents reasonable notice.

Rescheduling is subject to availability.

A client who misses a call or provides insufficient notice may forfeit the call and may be required to purchase another session to reschedule.

Vanessa Renee Wellness may reschedule a call when necessary and will provide as much notice as reasonably possible.

6. WhatsApp Support

When WhatsApp support is included, the support period begins and ends on the dates stated in the client’s welcome email or service confirmation.

Clients may use text messages or voice notes unless otherwise stated.

WhatsApp support is intended for:

• Accountability

• Questions related to the client’s consistency plan

• Adjustments to agreed-upon habits

• Encouragement and practical educational support

WhatsApp support does not include emergency assistance, medical treatment, crisis support, or unlimited real-time access.

Clients may generally expect a response within 24 hours during the stated support period. Messages may be sent at any time, but replies are typically provided between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Responses are not guaranteed to be immediate. 

Unused support time cannot be transferred, extended, or exchanged for cash unless Vanessa Renee Wellness agrees otherwise in writing.

7. Community Access and Conduct

Access to The Consistency Collective may be included with eligible purchases.

Community access is for the purchaser only and may not be shared or transferred.

Members must follow the posted group rules and help maintain a supportive, respectful, and private environment.

Vanessa Renee Wellness may suspend or remove community access for serious or repeated violations, including:

• Harassment or bullying

• Discrimination or degrading comments

• Privacy violations

• Sharing or screenshotting another member’s content without permission

• Unauthorized selling, promotion, recruiting, or solicitation

• Disruptive or abusive behavior

• Medical diagnosing or prescribing

• Conduct that threatens the safety, trust, or integrity of the community

When possible and appropriate, a warning may be provided before removal. However, Vanessa Renee Wellness may remove access immediately when conduct is severe or presents a safety, privacy, or community-integrity concern.

If community access is removed because of a member’s rule violations, the member is not entitled to a full or partial refund.

Removal from the community does not automatically remove access to separately included digital materials unless those materials have also been misused, shared, copied, or redistributed in violation of these terms.

8. Educational and Wellness Disclaimer

All content, digital materials, calls, community discussions, and support provided by Vanessa Renee Wellness are for general educational and informational purposes.

They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any illness or medical condition.

Vanessa Renee Wellness does not provide medical care, mental-health treatment, nutrition therapy, or emergency services through these offers.

Clients should consult an appropriately licensed healthcare professional before making significant changes involving:

• Diet

• Exercise

• Medication

• Supplements

• Fasting

• Existing health conditions

• Pregnancy or postpartum health

• Any symptom requiring professional evaluation

Clients remain responsible for their own decisions, actions, health, and results.

9. Results Disclaimer

Vanessa Renee Wellness does not guarantee specific health, weight, financial, business, emotional, or lifestyle results.

Results vary based on factors including participation, personal circumstances, consistency, health status, outside support, and implementation.

Testimonials and examples represent individual experiences and are not guarantees of future outcomes.

10. Refund Policy

Because digital materials are delivered shortly after purchase, digital-product sales are final unless otherwise required by law.

The Consistency Reset System and workbook-only purchases are nonrefundable once access or download delivery has been provided.

Cancellation of a recurring membership prevents future renewal charges but does not create a right to a full or partial refund for the current paid membership period. Membership access will generally continue through the end of that paid period unless access is removed because of a serious violation of these Terms or the community rules. 

For the Consistency Intensive, refunds are not available after:

• The planning call has taken place

• Personalized planning or review has begun

• Digital materials have been delivered

• Community access has been provided

• WhatsApp support has started

A cancellation request made before personalized services begin may be reviewed individually. Any approved refund may exclude Stripe or other payment-processing fees that Vanessa Renee Wellness cannot recover.

Failure to schedule, attend, participate, download materials, use community access, or use available support does not create a right to a refund.

Removal from The Consistency Collective because of serious or repeated rule violations does not qualify for a full or partial refund.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot legally be waived.

11. Payment and Pricing

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be completed before digital access, community access, or personalized services are provided.

Promotional, introductory, founding-member, or limited-capacity prices may change or end at any time. The amount charged for a completed transaction will not be changed retroactively. Any future renewal will be charged at the renewal price disclosed before purchase. 

The full purchase amount and any required fees will be displayed before payment.

Certain offers may be sold as automatically renewing subscriptions. The applicable initial payment, renewal price, and billing frequency will be displayed before purchase. By completing a subscription purchase, the customer authorizes recurring charges using the payment method on file until the subscription is canceled. 

Customers are responsible for canceling before their next scheduled renewal date if they do not wish to renew. Cancellation applies to future billing and does not reverse a renewal payment that has already been processed, except where otherwise required by law. 

12. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact Vanessa Renee Wellness first if they experience a billing, access, or delivery problem.

Filing a chargeback for a properly delivered purchase may result in suspended access to digital materials, services, and community features while the dispute is reviewed.

This provision does not prevent a customer from exercising lawful payment-dispute rights.

13. Technology and Access

Customers are responsible for maintaining:

• A working email address

• Internet access

• A compatible device

• Access to any required third-party platform, such as Facebook, WhatsApp, Stripe, Google, or Cal.com

Vanessa Renee Wellness is not responsible for disruptions caused by a customer’s device, account restrictions, forgotten passwords, internet service, or third-party platform outages.

Reasonable assistance will be provided when a customer reports a valid access issue.

14. Intellectual Property

All Vanessa Renee Wellness materials, including written content, frameworks, workbooks, tools, graphics, videos, templates, recordings, and program names, are protected intellectual property.

Purchase provides a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use the materials for the purchaser’s own educational and wellness purposes.

Purchase does not transfer ownership or grant permission to reproduce, teach, distribute, modify, resell, or commercially use the materials.

15. Privacy

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Vanessa Renee Wellness Privacy Policy.

Members must also respect the privacy of others within The Consistency Collective.

Although reasonable steps are taken to maintain a private group environment, Vanessa Renee Wellness cannot guarantee the actions of every individual member or the uninterrupted privacy or security of third-party platforms.

16. Changes to Offers or Services

Vanessa Renee Wellness may make reasonable updates to materials, delivery methods, community platforms, schedules, or service processes when necessary.

Changes will not materially remove benefits already purchased without an appropriate replacement, adjustment, or other reasonable resolution.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vanessa Renee Wellness is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use digital materials, services, community access, or third-party platforms.

The purchaser accepts responsibility for how information is interpreted and applied.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

18. Governing Law

These Terms of Purchase are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute will be addressed in an appropriate court or forum with lawful jurisdiction unless the parties agree to another resolution process.
